Baroness Paigan Crawford is in charge of the dayboard, which will include:
- Pita bread
- Stuffed grape leaves
- Olives
- Hummus (chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic)
- Spanakopita (phyllo, spinach, onions, feta, butter, olive oil, dill)
- Stuffed Eggs
- Assorted cheeses
- Meatballs (ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, spices, eggs)
- Carrots
- Sauteed onions (onions, olive oil, pinenuts, raisins, cinnamon)
- Baklava (phyllo, walnuts, sugar, butter, cinnamon, honey, rosewater)
