Come One, Come All.

Yes, we realy, really need your help.

Calling all chefs and aspiring kitchen helpers.

Here it is folks. These last two prep workshops for the Mudthaw
feast of 2007, these are really going to be key. In that, they are
both in March just prior to the event. This is where all the food
prep for those dishes that can not be frozen for longer periods of
time, need to come together.

Saint Paul's in Flemmington (link has directions) has very graciously volunteered their
very large kitchen facilities, not just once but twice in one month.

Pause here,

VIVAT Pastor Brian and St. Pauls.

What this really means is this, 8-10 people can easily work in this
kitchen together. They have a great facility where they can cook
for 125-150 people at a time easily. Folks, this is
crucial. Please, if you can not come to the other workshops, please
plan to be at either or both of these. Of course I would love to
see you all at every workshop. We will have alot of fun while we
cook. That's what this is all about.

If you would like to bring a period CD of your favorite period band,
please do.

Please feel free to bring the following:

An apron, a sharp knife & a smal cutting board.

If you don't have these items, do not fret, come any way.

Additionally, if you are coming to one of the four workshops and
would like to offer up freezer space for some pre-pared food stuff
and are coming to Mudthaw, please call me or e-amil me off list.
