Be they baronial officer, champion, or just a good social swampy with a plan, a number of people have been hosting or interested in hosting web meetings.

If the virtual meeting is open to all swampies and appropriate for baronial declaration, announcing such is now a feature of this website. All gatherings announced in this manner are automatically shared to the baronial facebook page and google group.

How to Submit a Virtual Gathering for Review:

• Log in to the baronial website.
• Submit the virtual event.

Notes:

• This can only be done by people with a members email address supplied by the East Kingdom (123456789@members.eastkingdom.org). All other denizens may contact the webminister.
• Unless you are a baronial officer, events are not immediately published upon submission. A review is conducted first, ensuring the event is on topic and applicable.
• Please remember to display the following SCA Harassment Policy.  For example, you could have the policy as “wallpaper” in a virtual meeting while waiting for everyone to arrive.

  Participants engaging in this behavior are subject to appropriate sanctions.
