The camp is managed by camp stewards, usually a team of 2-3 people, who arrange infrastructure, layout, budget, daily tasks, and all that. If you plan to join the baronial encampment, please make sure to look over the items on this page. With a camp that’s usually 70-90 people strong, we need everyone to work from the same assumptions. Long ago, we’ve decided the best way to ensure that everyone has a good time is to divide the chores and burdens of hosting a pennsic party between as many fellow campers as possible.
