Greetings all,

I would like to thank our team of autocrats for a superb job at running Mudthaw this year: Nahla Lamba Harem Jai (Trixie), Morgaine a’Bheithir , Lady Gabrielle Gealbhan, and Harel. Thanks also go to our cooks for one of the best feasts the Swamp has served: Ben e Draig, Elisabetta Maldestro, Irik Rodbjorn and Quinn the Mighty a Bheithir. You all did a spectacular job. I would also like to thank all the people who volunteered to help in every aspect of this event. I know if I start to name names I will leave someone out and I do not want to do that. I hope you all know your efforts do not go unnoticed and we could not put on an event like Mudthaw without everyone’s help. Thank you all.

On April 12th we have the honor of hosting the Coronation of our next king and queen. Lady Rhiannon deLicorne will be autocratting. The Coronation feast will be prepared by Lady Berelinde and Baroness Merlinia. Reservations are going fast; if you wish to attend please send in your reservations soon.

St. Andrews Episcopal Church (419 South St, New Providence, NJ 07974) has invited us to participate in their Canterbury Fair on Saturday, May 3, 2003, from 10am to 4pm. We are looking for fighters, fencers and some people to come out and display their arts and science projects and talk to the people attending the fair. The church would also like to see some period dancing if possible.

The populace of this barony has been working very hard over the past few months and what better way to relax then a relaxing weekend of camping in the spring. Quest will be here soon and with it a time for us all to relax, watch the contests to see who the next set of baronial champions will be and test our wits in Galen’s quest. I hope you all can come out, if not for camping then at least for the day’s activities and spend some time around the fire.

If you are going to Pennsic, the deadline to pre-register is June 1st. You can register on-line; information on the barony’s camp at Pennsic will be coming soon. However in order to camp with the barony you MUST have registered with the Coopers.
